Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Emergency Medical Service Division of the Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association to enforce and enhance the benefits and rights of its members. The EMTs, Paramedics, Lieutenants, and Captains of this Union stand unwaveringly committed to protect, treat, and transport the residents and visitors of the City of Boston. This Union stands steadfast, ready to protect them.We represent 400 of the hardest working men and women in the city of Boston. Courageously responding to over 125000 calls for service a year. This includes calls for injuries, illness, homicides, childbirth, and everything in between.
